Learning Ladders was founded in 2011 by Swati due to her vision as a parent to foster an environment for
students' all rounded development.
Understanding that the value of education to students is the foundation of
opportunity, civil life and success she decided to start an institution where there is emphasis on uniqueness
of each child, their sense of wonder and commitment to young minds. This is a program where students laugh,
learn, explore and grow into well rounded individuals.
Swati holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Babson College, MA with specialization in Entrepreneurship and Global Management. She has nineteen years of experience with leading corporations and has been a successful entrepreneur having run her own business consulting company. Swati worked with under privileged students for 5 years which exposed her to the importance of providing a stimulating and loving care to kids. She is multilingual and is First Aid and CPR certified.
Zenaida is a graduate from NJCU in Psychology. She has over a decade of experience working with students and is skilled in using established behavior modification and early intervention programs. When working with students she brings the science and maths with fun to the class to foster love of learning. Zenaida is First Aid CPR certified. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Roxana has an Associates in Early Childhood Education from HCCC and a CDA. She brings with her over a decade of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. She is bilingual and is First Aid/CPR certified.
Nerissa has a Masters in Education and 15+ years of experience including in school administration. She is mom to 3 boys and an active member of the community. She is bilingual and is cpr-first aid certified.
Siobhan is a graduate from Rutgers in Psychology. She has over five years of experience working with students in different setting. Siobhan is First Aid CPR certified. She is bilingual in English and Italian.
