Welcome from the school director

A place where children are known, challenged, and supported

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Learning Ladders. Our website provides a glance into our school, curriculum, and programs, and we welcome families to visit and see our classrooms in action.

We believe all students deserve quality care, education, and equal access to learning opportunities. Our team is committed to a safe, welcoming environment where children grow intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically.

Families stay connected through monthly newsletters, Tadpoles digital daily reports, classroom updates, parent participation opportunities, and open communication with teachers and school leadership.

Founded from a parent's vision for well-rounded development

Learning Ladders was founded in 2011 by Swati, whose vision as a parent was to create an environment where children are recognized as unique individuals and encouraged to laugh, learn, explore, and grow.

The teaching team supports young minds through care, curiosity, classroom structure, and a commitment to each child's sense of wonder.
